Berlin — shipping Europe-wide
Buying this properly is a boring process
Most of what separates one shop from another is not the shelf. It is whether anyone wrote anything
down. We buy in small lots from producers we have met, we log what came in, we send a sample to an
independent laboratory, and we print the batch code on the pouch so the paperwork and the product
cannot drift apart. None of that is exciting. All of it is the reason you can reorder in a year and
get the same thing.
Our shop and fulfilment sit in Berlin, and we ship from there to all 27 EU member
states. Inside Berlin we run our own courier, so a local order placed during opening hours is at your
door in one to two hours. Everywhere else goes tracked: one to two working days across Germany, two to
four for the rest of Europe. There is no customs step and no charge at the door — inside the
single market a parcel from Berlin to Lisbon is a domestic parcel with a longer drive.
Every parcel leaves in plain, unbranded outer packaging, vacuum-sealed and smell-proof, with a
neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or who sent it. That is not a premium
add-on and it is not something you have to ask for; it is how every order ships, every time.
