Volume & standing orders

Larger orders are quoted rather than bought off the shelf. You get one lot, one certificate of analysis, one invoice and a delivery date we commit to in writing.

Volume tiers

Tiers are indicative and apply to the order value before VAT and shipping. They replace the automatic three-item kit discount rather than stacking on top of it — whichever is better for you is the one we apply.

Shipping inside the EU is free on every bulk order. Prices quoted are net; German VAT at 19% is added on the invoice unless you supply a valid VAT identification number for another EU member state, in which case the reverse-charge procedure applies.

How a bulk order runs

  1. 01 — Request

    Send the list

    Product names or SKUs and the quantity of each. If you are not sure what is available at volume, say what you are trying to cover and we will come back with what we can actually fill.

  2. 02 — Quote

    A written figure inside one working day

    Line prices, the tier applied, VAT treatment, lead time and a dispatch date. The quote is held for seven days. Nothing is reserved until it is accepted.

  3. 03 — Payment

    Paysafecard, Revolut or Bitcoin

    Same three methods as a standard order, with the invoice number as the reference. Bitcoin quotes for bulk are held for sixty minutes rather than twenty. Payment instructions.

  4. 04 — Dispatch

    Packed, split and tracked

    Bulk orders ship in several parcels as a matter of course. Every parcel gets its own tracking number and the certificates travel with the first one.

Before you ask

Is there a minimum for a bulk quote?
€500 net. Below that the standard shelf price and the automatic three-item kit discount are already the better deal, and you can just order through the shop.
Do you ship bulk across the EU?
Yes, to every EU member state we serve, from our Berlin shop. Shipping is free on bulk orders and delivery is typically two to four working days after dispatch. Read the shipping page for carrier detail and the countries we cannot reach.
Can I mix categories in one tier?
Yes. The tier is set by the net value of the whole order. A quote covering vapes, LSD and edibles reaches the same tier as a quote for one line at the same value.
Can I get the reverse charge applied?
If you are VAT-registered in an EU member state other than Germany and give us a valid VAT identification number, yes. We validate it against the European Commission's VIES service before invoicing. Without a valid number, German VAT at 19% applies.
Can I return part of a bulk order?
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers, and to bulk orders placed by consumers, on unopened items in resaleable condition. It does not apply to orders placed in the course of a business. Either way, tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a return reference.
Do you hold stock for a standing order?
On a repeating monthly or quarterly schedule, yes — we ring-fence the quantity against a named lot and confirm the lot code with each dispatch. Ask for this in the request and we will set it up in the quote.
