1. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. You confirm this on entry and again at checkout, and carriers may ask for identification on delivery. Orders placed by anyone under age are void.
2. Where we ship
We supply to consumers in the 27 member states of the European Union, from a dispatch point in Germany. We do not ship outside the EU and we do not ship to parcel-forwarding services.
National law on the substances sold here differs sharply between member states and changes. You are responsible for knowing what is permitted at your delivery address. Where we believe an order would be unlawful where it is going, we decline it and refund in full rather than dispatch it, and we do not have to explain the decision.
3. Research-use items
Items marked research use only are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents and are not for human or animal consumption. Buying them means you represent that you will use them accordingly. We will not advise on any other use.
4. No medical claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we publish should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you take prescription medication or have a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, speak to a qualified professional before using anything sold here.
5. Orders and pricing
Prices are in euro and include German VAT at 19%. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into being when we accept it, which is when we dispatch the goods — an automated order confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance. An order that has not been paid for is held for 72 hours and then cancels itself. Accepted payment methods are Paysafecard, Revolut and Bitcoin; see the payment instructions.
6. Discounts and bulk pricing
The kit discount applies automatically to any three products in a cart and cannot be combined with a promotional code unless we say so. Discounts apply before shipping. Volume orders from €500 net are quoted separately; a written bulk quote is held for seven days and replaces the kit discount rather than stacking with it.
6a. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The full instructions, including the effects of withdrawal and how refunds are made, are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. The statutory exception for sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds applies once a seal is broken.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not resell what you buy here as your own product.
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the catalogue, imagery or written content.
- Do not use the site to arrange anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The Deadhead Chemist name, logo, photography, illustration and written content are ours. You may link to any page. You may not reproduce the material commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your own country.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
