Paysafecard, Revolut and Bitcoin — step by step

Three ways to pay

Paysafecard, Revolut and Bitcoin. Each one is matched a different way — get the reference right and your order moves to processing without anyone having to chase it.

After you pay

  1. 01 — Matching

    We find your payment

    Paysafecard clears on the spot. Revolut is matched by the order number in your reference. Bitcoin is matched by the exact amount, which is why the figure has to be sent to the last decimal.

  2. 02 — Processing

    The order is picked

    Once the payment is matched the order moves to processing. Orders confirmed before 09:00 CET on a working day go out the same day; anything later goes out the next working day.

  3. 03 — Dispatch

    Tracking by email

    You get a tracking number as soon as the label is created. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after handover to the carrier.

If a payment does not land

Most delays come down to one of four things, and all of them are fixable:

  • No reference on a Revolut transfer. Without the order number there is nothing to match it to.
  • A rounded Bitcoin amount. We match on-chain payments by amount; a rounded figure will not match.
  • A partly-spent Paysafecard PIN. The voucher has to cover the full total, or be combined with a second one.
  • The rate window expired. A Bitcoin quote is honoured for twenty minutes. After that, place the order again for a fresh figure.
