Since 2019. More than 75,000 customers later we are still doing the same thing: buying from small lots, writing down what is in them, and letting an independent laboratory check our work. The about page is the long version.

Our shop and fulfilment are in Berlin, but we do not run a retail counter — everything is ordered online. Berlin addresses can take the 1–2 hour local courier instead of a carrier.

An order moves into processing the moment the payment is matched against your order number, not the moment you send it. Allow up to two hours for a bank transfer to land. If nothing has happened after twelve hours, send us the order number and the transaction reference and we will match it by hand.

Almost always one of four things: the order number was left out of the reference, the amount was rounded, a Paysafecard PIN did not cover the full total, or a Bitcoin rate quote expired before the transaction confirmed. All four are fixable — tell us and we will sort it.

On-chain payments are matched first and picked first, so a Bitcoin order that lands before the 09:00 CET cut-off goes out the same day. We do not discount for it — the shelf price is the price, whichever way you pay.

No. Shipping is a flat €6.90 across the EU and free over €150 after any discount. Volume orders from €500 net are quoted separately — see bulk pricing.

Put any three products in the cart and 15% comes off automatically at checkout. No code, and you can mix shelves and formats freely. Swap pieces any time before you order.

Cancel, yes, up until it is dispatched — usually a window of one working day. Orders cannot be edited once placed: ask us to cancel and place a fresh one. An unpaid order cancels itself after 72 hours and nothing is charged.

Yes. Every price includes German VAT at 19%, and the checkout shows the VAT contained in the total rather than adding a line to it. Businesses VAT-registered in another member state can ask for the reverse charge on a bulk quote.

Check the spam and junk folders first, and add our address to your contacts. If there is still nothing after an hour, write to us from the address you ordered with and we will resend it.

To all 27 EU member states, from our Berlin shop. We do not ship outside the EU, we do not ship to parcel-forwarding services, and we cannot make exceptions.

Order before 09:00 CET on a working day and it goes out the same day, provided the payment has been matched by then. Anything later goes out the next working day. Carriers do not collect at the weekend, so a Friday evening order ships Monday.

One to two working days inside Germany, two to four elsewhere in the EU, on tracked standard. Tracked express is next working day in Germany with a signature on delivery.

Completely. Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no logo and nothing on the label that says what is inside or who sent it. Contents are vacuum-sealed in smell-proof pouches, and the sender line carries a neutral trading name.

Your order number is the tracking ID once payment clears. Open Track your order with the same number and email from your confirmation — the page shows payment through delivery, destination, and carrier. If we later add a courier barcode it appears there and in the status email. Carrier scans can take a few hours after handover, and cross-border parcels routinely go quiet while they move between networks.

Give it three working days. Most stalls are a missed scan rather than a lost parcel. After that, send us the order reference and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Tell us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Where tracking shows a parcel lost in transit we replace or refund it — that is our problem, not yours. We cannot cover an address entered incorrectly at checkout, so check it before you order.

Yes, in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Put the station number in the address field at checkout.

Every lot we release is assayed by an independent laboratory for purity, potency and contaminants. The certificate ships in the box and stays searchable on the lab testing page against its batch number.

That a named laboratory tested one sample from one lot on one date, and what they found. It does not say a batch is safe and it does not say what any amount will do to you. Check that the batch code on the certificate matches the code on your packaging — if they differ, the paperwork belongs to a different lot and we want to know.

Cool, dark and sealed in the packaging it arrived in. Tinctures and vials upright in a fridge; chocolate and gummies below 20°C; cartridges upright at room temperature, because cold thickens the contents and blocks the wick.

The microdose bottles are filled to a fixed measure and milled from a single lot per run, so one capsule is a repeatable unit. Everything else is sold by weight or by piece, with the content stated on the label rather than standardised across the range.

Yes — flower, pre-rolls and THC cartridges from assayed lots, on the cannabis shelf. This is not a pharmacy and we do not issue prescriptions. Each product page carries the batch certificate.

Only weakly. They are how the catalogue is sorted. Two lots with the same name can differ more than an indica and a sativa from the same grower. The indica, sativa and hybrid guide is the longer version; buy by the certificate.

No. THC cartridges are on the vape collection. DMT cartridges are tryptamines on the DMT shelf — read NN-DMT vs 5-MeO before you mix them up.

Dried fruit by lot and capsule bottles, on the mushroom shelf and the microdose collection. This is a shop, not a clinic. Psilocybin is controlled in Germany and most of the EU.

1P-LSD is a lysergamide analogue we sell as blotter and liquid from a named batch. It is not a synonym for LSD-25. We do not use the title “legal LSD”. Control status is the law where you take delivery; see the LSD shelf and the microdosing guide.

Different molecules. NN-DMT is the classical, strongly visual tryptamine; 5-MeO-DMT is largely non-visual with a narrower active range. They are not a mild and a strong version of the same cartridge. The cartridge guide is the place to read that before you order.

Yes. The certificate ships in the box and stays searchable on the lab testing page against the batch code on the packaging. If the two codes differ, tell us.

Photograph the parcel and its contents before opening anything further, keep the vacuum seal attached, and contact us within 24 hours with the order number and the photos. We resolve these by replacement as a default.

Same again: photographs first, then tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and the product name. Your statutory rights on defective goods run for two years and nothing on this page shortens them.

Write to us within 14 days of delivery and tell us specifically what is wrong, with the batch code. Where the complaint holds up we replace the item, refund it, or credit your account — and the lot gets pulled and re-checked.

You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened items, plus a voluntary 30-day return window on top of it. Sealed goods cannot go back once opened, on hygiene grounds — that is § 312g(2) no. 3 BGB, not a shop policy. The shipping page sets out both in full, including how refunds are made.

18, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. Age is confirmed on entry and again at checkout, and carriers may ask for identification on delivery. You do not need a prescription and there is nothing to register for.

No. The cart, wishlist and comparison tray live in your browser, not on our servers, so you can order without registering for anything. An account only exists so you can look up past orders.

We keep the minimum needed to fulfil an order and we never sell it. Every GDPR right — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — is set out in the privacy policy, and we answer requests inside a month.

Yes, and we would rather you asked than white-knuckled it. Email us and say for how long — three months, six, a year, permanently — and we will block the account and the address, confirm it in writing, and not lift it early. The reasoning is here.
